Under the direction of the IT Operations Manager, supervises the day-to-day operations of an assigned functional area within the IT Operations team. - Support IT specialist at different branches and resolve any escalated problems to ensure smooth work operations.- Train & coach the IT specialists on the new assignments to ensure effective results.-Follow-up and support the tasks of the IT Specialist and ensure that follow KPIs to ensure achieving targeted objectives of business continuity.- Monitoring IT ticketing system in the region and push the team to respond user’s requests in a timely manner.- Support and Handling to the majority of IT questions, requests, and incidents from region users and assist with IT specialist in a responsive and service oriented manner, with training system usersas required on all aspects of company ERP System.- Perform Advanced troubleshooting on issues related to the ERP system applications and follow up with the software support team.- Perform Advanced troubleshooting with the Microsoft series of operating systems and server solutions (Terminal Services (RDS), Active Directory).- Check regular backup plan of all data related to users on all branches PCs and ensure high level ofcompletion success rate.- Managing and analyzing consumption for the printer supplies (Fuser, Photoconductor and all Toner types) and generate consumption vs productivity reports to direct manager.- Evaluate the monthly IT specialist performance and reported it to IT Area Manager.- Involve in network installation in the region new branches.- Install, operate network services, switches, modems and other network devices following technical plans.- Helping in preparing and updating of ERP documentation such as users guide or IT operations manual.- Translate all the new business needs from IT and reporting it to Head Office IT Department. - Assist in the process of stock take of the company's warehouse to ensure saving company's rights.- Ensure continuous development and update of IT knowledge.- Follow the requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health.

-Branch Domain Administrator (DHCP - DNS,Active Directory,FIle Server,BackUP, RDS Sever)-Responsible for providing Helpdesk services for more than 50 user divided into 2 sites(Sales & Warehouse).-Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.-Maintaining network connectivity to company data center and HQ using 2 MPLS(Main & Backup) lines and 3G backup connection utilizing Cisco Routing infrastructure (1941).keeping business continuity is safe levels by Flowing up and monitoring IT infrastructure services ,resources and tools consumption.-Operating and maintaining 2 Lexmark W850 network printers, 1 IBM Infoprint 6500 line matrix printer.-Providing first line support services for IBM AS400 Business critical application, reporting applications bugs and testing.-Design AS400 database queries that generate business development reports or used in productivity evaluation or troubleshooting database and application errors.-Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software.-Perform Users data backups and disaster recovery operations.
