• Responsible for all correspondence with consultant & client. (Incoming & Outgoing letters).• Keep all records related to project.• Prepare contracts for all subcontractors at the project.• Review all subcontractors invoice’s and confirm with the quantities actually executed through approved RFI’s.• Follow up the Implementation of project items according to the time schedules. • Attending meetings with client & consultant and writing down all the detailed points.• Full knowledge of all project items.• Providing the top management with all the detailed information related to the project.• Issuing all of ROM & follow with procurement dept. to issue the PO & receiving the materials on project site & confirm with PO’s items and issue GRN (Partial & complete).• Plan top management meetings with the client when required.• Prepare ongoing invoices after collecting the actual executed items and submitting to consultant for approval and follow up with client till end it.• Full knowledge of all attached papers with final invoice.• Prepare time sheet of labors on time and sending to payroll officer.• Issue the electronic annual leave for project labors and submitting for approval.• Follow up issuing flight tickets for project site team.• Performance evaluation of the vendors & suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee the timeline & quality. • Follow up weekly report control (WRC) updating with project management office and provide them with all required information.• Full knowledge of all company procedures and policies.

• Responsible for salary distribution and Petty Cash Handling.• Receiving and revising the invoices of the suppliers and preparing the cheques for every invoice according to the maturity date.• Responsible for daily accounting transactions like process payment requests, enter invoices into accounting system and prepare various accounting journals and reconciliations.• Over all supervision of camp and transportation activities for the project.• Monitoring of materials and stocks to enable the business units / Projects to ensure no delays or stoppage in work production at the project.
