• Compliance with the courts of all levels, and editing and drafting statements of claims, appeals and defense memoranda.• Drafting all kinds of contracts• Executing all legal duties, expressing legal opinion and advice • editing internal memos and reports, whether to the Board of Directors, the rest of the company’s departments, or the auditor • Representing the institution at all governmental and non-governmental agencies. • Extensive experience in shareholder and investor relations management and corporate law• Organizing the meetings of the company’s general assemblies and the board of directors, and its secretariat, editing its minutes, approving them with the General Investment Authority, amending the Chamber of Commerce and marking accordingly in the commercial registry, and publishing in the companies’ newspaper in case of amending the companies’ statutes.• Establishing companies of all kinds, starting from opening the bank account, editing the articles of association, making it known in the real estate registry, registering in the commercial registry, completing all procedures until publication in the companies’ newspaper, issuing the tax card, opening and approving accounting and legal books
