- Developed an automation system for Fixed Assets in company’s cloud so all procedures, requests and approvals can be done on system (Automated) including Assets creation requests, Assets transfers and Assets disposals.- Finish physical count and tagging project for all assets around kingdom to compare assets on system and actual assets on ground.- Participated in Company’s Fixed Assets policy update (including new ERP system policies).- Proper cleaning for FAR.- Add extra details for assets on system to be more identifiable and easily tracked.- Record fixed assets by creating and supervising a system of procedures, forms, and controls.- Capitalization of new CWIP with anylsis and capitalization of man-hour costs for each project.- Perform depreciation calculation, monthly analysis and depreciation projections for all fixed assets.- Carry out periodic reviews on intangible assets’ impairment.- Recommend fixed assets that should be disposed off to management by communicating with end users periodically to know the status of each asset.- perform fixed asset related analyses.- Create fixed asset related audit schedules, PPE notes and collaborate with auditors on their assignments.- Representative for any audits relating to fixed assets.
