Duties:Ensuring exceptional customer service at the Golf Arena and related facilities.Overseeing and enforcing golf shop operations policies, procedures, controls, andfee structures to safeguard assets, inventory, and resources.Supervising the maintenance of golf carts and golf operations personnel.Empowering employees to provide excellent customer service.Displaying leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifying excellent customer serviceand creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations.

Duties:Developing and overseeing an innovative tournament schedule and golf activitiesprogram catering to all customer segments.Scheduling and chairing regular staff meetings focused on customers, operations,revenue growth, cost containment, and continuous improvement.Maintaining a close working relationship with the Golf Course Attendant and otherdepartment heads to ensure an effective, fluid inter-departmental operation.Occasionally playing golf with members of all skill levels to encourageenthusiasm.Being responsible for the overall day-to-day service levels for the GolfClubhouse food and beverage outlet, including the golf shop and locker room.

Duties:Taking responsibility for the financial results of the golf club and retailoutlet.Reviewing findings from guest feedback with employees to developappropriate corrective action.Managing the Golf Shop Retail operation, including buying products, managinginventory levels, markdowns, and promotions.
