1- Identify problems and issues in animal health and breeding 2-To investigate those problems and work towards resolving them 3- To collate ,analyse and report on health and breeding data from the farm sites 4-To conduct training in all areas of animal health and breeding for farm staff 5-Analyse the weekly health report to identify problems and issues in health and breeding to initiate a suitable resolution strategies 6-Investigate health and breeding issues as hey arise and to formulate control and preventive measures 7- Selection and development of sub-ordinates in conjunction of the HR Department8- Monitor the adherence to Quality Minimum Standard9- Ensure a safe environment within the work in conjunction with the Health and Safety Department10- Manage the Chicken Health Program to ensure the operation remains disease free in conjunction with the poultry management team11- Compile and update the Standard Operating Procedures for the operation12- Manage the functionality of the vaccination and pest control team and the required costs related to medication cost portion of the poultry operation budget13- Monitor the Hygiene and Disinfection of the poultry operation and ensure that it complies with the current program14- Manage and update a routine survey of the flocks to ensure current disease status of the flocks and apply preventive measures in areas of concern15-Conduct Post Mortem examination and diagnosis if any disease challenges and provide the appropriate treatment if required16- Evaluation of the farms performance on the management reporting system –Daily17- Checking orders and authorization of vaccines and medicines18- Management of a succession plan and employee evaluation for the operation in conjunction with HR
