Senior Human Resources Specialist
Current- Ensure proper staff performance management and career focusing, support specific performance improvement initiatives.- Manage the regular update of the company’s organizational chart and headcount report.- Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans.- Coordinate with the concerned department to issue the payroll.- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.- Handle employees' contracts, social insurance and hiring documents.- Assist the HR Manager in creating all HR policies with respect to the Egyptian Labor Law and market best practices, apply, maintain, and update the company's policies and procedures, continually educate employees on company's policies and keep the employee handbook updated.- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.- Handle attendance and vacations records and balance on the HR system.- Conduct an exit interview to the resigned employees and measure employee retention and turnover rates.- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques, handle all the recruitment process, manage the transparent and competitive recruitment and selection process, including updated job description, proper job analysis.- Administer the performance appraisal process.- Design compensation and benefits packages.- Handle the recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs.
