Operation Activities:Monitors and supervises through the Control Room facilities the operation of crude and gas production/treatment and to meet the Company’s targets in terms of quality and quantity. Supervise the preparations oil & gas clusters equipment for routine, break down and planned maintenance activities as per established procedures.Troubleshoots minor operation problems and reports major problems and emergencies to Production (Oil) Team Leader and Production (Gas) Team Leader with proposed solutions.Participates in Root Cause Analysis of all unplanned production outages and ensures measures to avoid repeats are implemented.Work with Turnaround team on input to Turnaround planning and execution of activities. Work Control:Supervise and personally participate in preparing the plant /equipment for maintenance work.Issues hot, cold and entry work permits and isolation Confirmation Certificates for all routine planned and break down maintenance work.Supervise and personally participate in re-commissioning of the plant to ensure safe and efficient.Monitor and evaluates the reliability of plant equipment and plant performance.Ensure availability of spares and chemicals stocks including review of chemicals and material inventories, maintaining adequate stock and issuing material requisitions.Act in Emergency Response duties as On-Scene Commander of his respective area. Startup, shut-down and operate wells, process and utility system through control panel (DCS & SCADA & PLC & ESD & F&G) systems.Attend the operation meetings for process de-bottlenecking.Check the efficiency of the different equipment and discuss the causes and the different alternatives.Carry out field operation tasks to increase productivity, enhance the specifications, and decrease the losses.Carry out gas calculations and unit's performance check; dew point, bubble point, separator sizing, heating value, gas/liquid Pipeline pressure Drop, control valves sizing, and gas/liquid flow measurement either by using manual calculations or Computer software Programs.Participate in the preparation for the different shutdowns.Carry out process isolation procedures and isolation registers for any unit or vessel.Report and arrange with maintenance crew for equipment maintenance and any equipment failure.Follow up all PM's & CM's for all the equipment in the plant. Attend annual and semi-annual overhauls programs of process equipment's (compressors, pumps, heaters, columns, generators, etc.….).Follow up with the lab. Dept. to achieve the recommended gas & condensate specifications.Have the authority to issue all types of work permits.Follow up all safety means around the plant to implement the operation target safe and smooth.Monitor and record the status of all ESD, fire and Gas Process Control Safety Defeat Overrides, ensuring compliance with guidelines and removal at earliest opportunity.Comply to the field's Emergency Plan during emergency situations.Take immediate corrective actions to limit risk of personnel, plant equipment and production during emergency situations. Ensure the safe shutdown, isolation and blowdown of relevant Section/ pant during emergency situations.Communicate with field operators for parameter adjustments in field.

Participated in the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up of a Qasr Gas development compression project conducted by JP kenny-England/ENPPI.with a design Gas capacity of 620 MMSCFD, condensate handling system 20000 BBLD.
