• Determine design strategies and methods for developed modules• Understand and verify functional requirements of applications• Determine security and performance requirements of systems• Determine and find solutions to the key design issues, for instance; concurrency control and handling of events, distribution of components, error and exception handling and fault tolerance,interaction and presentation, and data persistence• Plan for the construction of developed modules and applications• Responsible for service packaging, and correct deliveries.• Communicate with Project Leader (PL) on Optimization of resource usage within the project.• Report to Project Leader (PL) project status, and project quality on a weekly basis.• Provide guidance/mentorship on programming practices and techniques to individuals and cross-functional teams• support team members in technical issues, challenges and problems.• Resolve any issues or problems that hinder the work process.• Produce design documents.• Identifying the organization's needs• Working out which IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research• Explain to designers and developers what is required and overseeing the progress• Producing documents that monitor progress and ensure the quality of the project• Responsible for activities like coding using software building tools, unit testing, integration with other software modules, root cause analysis, debugging Code, bug fixing, and process measurements• Ensure application design and construction artifacts are stored correctly in configuration databases• Prepare installation guides.

• Manage project technical activities during project phases.• Develop project plans and schedules.• Conduct system development and effort estimate.• Ensure correct deliverables conformance to quality assurance .• Review developed module codes to ensure compliance with coding guidelines.• Identify project technical risks and create plans for resolving these risks.• Lead, motivate, and support team members in technical issues, challenges and problems.• Assure the project's compliance to the organizational processes and standards.• Perform activities including PL/SQL development, logical and physical database design, and performance tuning SQL statements.
