Working as a shift head chemist makes the following: • supervise discharging of received bulk raw materials.• supervise the preparation of intermediate raw materials.• acting on the production process step by step as per formula card.• Analyzing of raw materials, intermediates, final products and utilities water according to necessity.• Adjustment of finished products specification according to Q.C analysis reports and under supervision of production Manager and Production Section Head.• Issuing, maintaining and recording the Q.C reports of raw materials, intermediates, final products and drumming samples.• Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of work instructions inside the production department. • take all required actions those are necessary in the emergency cases(run away reaction, poor quality and etc…..).• supervise the Production Operators during their working shifts.• arrange with storekeepers the discharging of finished products to the available storage tanks. • supervise the charging of final products to the truck tanks.• Ensure the correct implementation of safety and environmental requirements inside the reaction.• Reporting to Production Manager and Production Section Head. • supervise maintenance team (mechanical and electrical).

Working as a chemist makes the following:Working in the colours section:• We prepare colours for porcelain. • We colour the normal body of porcelain by demanded percent.• After correlation we make any treatment for colours before drying.• Then we dry the normal body through huge dryer .• Then we make sample "tile" and make comparison with standard one.Working in quality control laboratory:Following up the quality of the product which includes:• Complete analysis for raw materials (Percentage of each materials, Concentration of each material, Viscosity). • Supervision of quality of the product in Press Dept., Draying Dept. (measuring residual humidity of powder) & Design dept.• Following up the quality Kiln Dept.
