• Supervise the sales team on day to day basis and monitoring their action plans and daily sales activities • Achieve the yearly targets and quotas • Handle all matters and problems related to the sales • Help the director of sales to put the budget and the plans • Assist the director of sales in putting the commercial campaigns • Report the director of sales with the sales trends and progress and the market needs • Monthly business trips to all contracted travel agents all over Egypt• Revise achieving all budgeted sales goals• Target and approach a hundred of new accounts in very tough competitive markets • Achieve remarkable increase of corporate business segment with multinational companies • Increase the Local market share in both hotels • Led the growth of sales in East European markets• Developed all E-commercial business in both hotels • Orchestrate with the director of sales successful promotional and commercial campaigns and new marketing strategies

- Recruited to help the sales director developing sales strategies for the hotel .direct a team of 7 team members .Formulate marketing , branding and business development strategies to drive a revenue growth • Surpassed all sales goals by increase of at least 10% from year to year• Increased our share from the B2B and B2C • Helped the director to achieve and execute all sales plans• Closed an average of 15% increase from the forecasted hotel budget• Implemented new aggressive promotional rates to enlarge our market share in specific markets• Received a reward from one of the biggest Russian tour operators (S7 tour operator) as a best seller • Targeted new accounts and succeed to have new key accounts • Supervised and led 3 reservation team • Contributed in pre opening of an extension with 350 rooms “Hauza Mandarine Resort”

• Assigns specified rooms to all confirmed bookings • check rooms inventory on daily basis and all allotment for each travel agent • check and verify all release period • creating profiles for all contracts using Fedilio Operating System • check with travel agents for sales situations or stop sales • working with the revenue management closely to increase the revenue
