In March 2015, the Group presented its new strategic plan “Essentials2020” which places customers’ needs at the heart of its strategy with the aim of allowing them to benefit fully from the digital universe and the power of its new generation networks.o Job Description:• Change Management:Configure management traffic for customer’s equipments through OBS security gateways• Release Management:Manage upgrades on the customer devices and migration projectso Responsibilities:• Manage all security services upgrades and migration projects for standard and customized solutions as well as all security dedicated platforms and services• Administer and support security Infrastructure firewalls (CheckPoint Firewalls and MDS (R65,R71,R75,R77), Juniper firewalls (Netscreen & SRX), proxy servers (Bluecoat & Ironport), Mcafee IPS, Juniper IDP and unified defense (Fortinet)• Participate in defining operational guidelines, processes and tools requirements• Provide technical advice to other teams on upgrade procedures of different security devices

Acting as a single point of contact for customer through managing complete Incident life cycle.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesTechnical responsibilities  Troubleshoot different types of remote access problems while accessing the VPN (Frame Relay / ATM / IMA / Metro Ethernet connections).  Control, operate and supervise the authentication process, the IPSEC establishment and the synchronization and validation of the RSA secure IDs.  Troubleshoot WAN optimization devices including Ipanema Network Boosts.  Troubleshoot WLAN issues on Cisco Aironet APs and WLAN Security.  Troubleshoot Cisco Site-to-Site VPNs and Nortel Contivity S2S Solutions.  Using various Monitoring tools including MRTG Other responsibilities Provide timely and professional technical support for all incidents  diagnose incidents utilizing administration tools or remote control utilities for troubleshooting Provide updates to the customers per incident fault management guidelines. Updates include managing ticketing systems, e-mail and Telephone communication to the end user Perform technical escalations in line with our Fault Management policy Ensure incidents are routed to the proper next level/organization as part of the incident management process Liaise with other relevant internal departments to ensure all incidents are managed properly Document all troubleshooting and case management actions via our incident management system
