Lead a team of multiple functions for setting up and Managing rules and systems that makes data well organized, secure and accessible in a way that helps achieve the bank’s strategic goals, this includes:- Work with global consultant (McKinsey and co.) to set data governance strategy for Banque Misr derived from the organizations objectives.- Work with data stewards from 4 domains domains, data stewards, Investigate data problems- Work on creating data lineage along with data custodians and related stakeholders- Create Quality KPIs to measure data quality from different dimensions, in addition to creating 3 dynamic dashboards.- Work on creating remediation plans for defective data along with continuous measuring - Presenting data governance in different occasions and through different activities- Create and maintain first data catalogue for banque Misr

- Deliver Data Government Courses- Deliver lectures on “Value at Stake” module as a part of GTB Academy program (accredit from London institute of Banking and Finance) and for other courses- Deliver Induction to new hires

- Analyze and prioritize 100+ use cases based on quantitative value-at-stake modelling and feasibility assessment, amounting to EGP 500+ million worth of achieved impact and more than EGP 1bn of future expected impact- Created the financial Model for the first Digital SME Lending Product in Egypt “Express”- Discovered a gap in the pricing approach of credit products leading to unrealized loss, changed the entire pricing approach which impacted by more than 3% uplift in profitability- Prepare and support in 5 Go-to-Market plans including relevant analytics, communications, and trainings- Create roadmaps for the transformation office in cooperation with consultant for 5 separate business lines- Analyze and manage performance for digital products incl. creation and full automation of 4 dynamic dashboards- Conduct quantitative analysis for Banque Misr strategy blueprint covering 100+ initiatives- Delivered training for 200+ trainees on Value-at-stake and design thinking - Create presentations decks, present to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis- Assess bank applicants for business analyst roles (interviewed 60+ candidates and hired 9)

- Developed bank's 5-year strategy with Chief Strategy Officer- Developed departments KPIs and scorecards to manage the performance benchmarking with the strategy developed- Created domestic and global market analysis on banking services to capture new customer needs and solutions- Supported in building the first fully digital bank in Egypt as a subsidiary

- Analyzed the performance ICT sector in Egypt (access to technology, IT sector growth, potential areas of growth, ..)- Conducted Statistical analysis and writing reports on technology usage and penetration- Conducted socio-economic analysis related to “Sustainable Development Indicators project”: a joint project between UNDP, MCIT & CAPMAS for analyzing and reporting ICT indicators in Egypt benchmarking with 2030 UN SDGs- Organized major events and incubators to support emerging technology enterprises e.g., Member of the team that organized Cairo ICT 2018
