•Provide sales advisors with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties•Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics then evaluate accordingly•Coach, counsel, lead, engage, manage, train and discipline employees•Respond to customer inquiries and complaints•Utilize MIS Apps to record sales figures for data analysis•Meet all sales quotas and goals•Organize and coordinate sales advisors schedules•Receive and report on all sales and market feedback•Building relationships with merchants and establishing long-term business partnerships with them•Reviewing reports from managers to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities for growth in the company’s market share•Developing and implementing training programs for new employees or existing staff members•Managing a team of employees and ensuring that they are trained to perform their jobs effectively•Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for growth in the industry•Identify hiring needs, select and train new sales advisors•Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions•Innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

•Track Attendance for sales advisors•Training and qualify all new hires ( Shadowing )•Delegate the supervisors role•Acquire new customers by persuading them to activate accounts and fulfill all procedures for them, also developing leads across all channels•Training and qualifying of sales representatives of merchants on the use of the application ( Tehnical, Process, Company Policy and Procedures)•Covering all stores with marketing materials•Maintain and grow relationships with existing merchants•Establish relationships with new merchants•Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service for both parties ( Merchants and Customers )•Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products loans and services, and learn about new products loans and services as they come in•Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and problems, making suggestions as appropriate•Addressing merchants, customers concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.•Follow up the competitors offers, campaigns and sales contribution•Achieve and exceed the company targets according to sales plan for each assigned branch•Daily visits to the assigned branches, taking into consideration the most appropriate timing and direction of the company•Ensure that no fraudulent behaviors or process violation and reporting it to direct manager•Adhere to the operational tasks•Receive and report on all sales and market feedback
