My experience spans close to 16 years in various operational and HR roles, predominantly in Banking organisations. I joined Banque Misr as a recruitment officer for almost 1 year, then moved to the Training & Development Dept, for almost 4 years. My experience included the ability of defining the organizational and human needs using TNA, designing the training course in close cooperation with the Businesses line managers, & execution of hundreds of technical and non technical training courses.
