Responsibilities:The responsibilities of the position are as follows:• Assisting in the development, maintenance and implementation of the management systems that, as a minimu m, comply with the relevant contractual, legal, obligations including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and othe r company requirements. Work with other HSEQ Managers in the region to drive rationalization and integratio n of company and contract specific processes via regional Information Management System (IMS).• Take a lead role in the implementation of relevant systems and eventual certification in areas such as risk ISO 31000 and Energy management ISO 50001• Provide HSE, QA and HSEQ Coordinators and other contract personnel with advice, support, training and direction to resolve issues, continuously improve their systems and processes and assist in the implementation of company policies and programs.• Supervise the Operational Systems, Subcontractor, Internal Audits, Workplace Inspections, and Safety Observations to confirm compliance with requirements and identify system deficiencies or non-compliance.• Conduct Integrity Investigations as directed ensuring that appropriate corrective actions are raised and implemented and that learning’s are shared across the business.• Oversight of all HSEQ related staff training and assessment to insure a consistent and high level of understanding is achieved with the company employees.• Manage encourage Industry Knowledge engagement to ensure legal and systems compliance, best practice innovation and standardisation are shared across the Industry/Sites.• Support contracts through external audits such as client audits, certification audits and self-assurance audits.• Implement Company and Industry policies, processes and strategies as directed.• Drive the Company HSE culture through proactive leadership.• HSEQ support as required to the contracts for transitions, peak activity periods or when the HSE/HSEQ Coordinators are unavailable.
