Administer end-to-end recruitment process up to grade 8 by taking advantage of various sourcing platforms, screening, and competency-based interviewing.2. Take the lead in setting up a standard analytics dashboard, updated monthly, and presented quarterly to the HR Manager which covers all ratios related to headcount review, all aspects of talent acquisition, overtime analysis, and the progress of all other HR initiatives in the sector.- Other activities:1. Act as an HR Business Partner for a full area (3 main branches / +460 employees) I had the responsibility of:1. Align with the recruitment team to ensure that the stores’ Manpower Plan is fulfilled and updated.2. Advise managers on internal transfers, hiring requests, and terminations. 3. Responsible for onboarding new hires and conducting all exit interviews.4. Support the main talent acquisition team in weekly call center and operation open days.1.
