Gathered my marketing experiences through my career path in working for one of the biggest real estate pioneers in the Egyptian market “Citystars Properties”. For over 6 years, I started as a Marketing Executive at the Marketing Dept. of “Citystars Heliopolis” the first integrated mixed-use complex, and the benchmark of shopping centres and retail in Egypt and the middle east, I established my experience with one of the most professional teams, and played different roles and responsibilities going through “marketing plans, strategies, media, events, activations, in-centre branding, exhibitions, social media, prints and mutual activities with the mall’s tenants” . Through all those years I gained more experiences in the real estate market after moving to “Citystars Development” acting as a Deputy Marketing Manager as the company was responsible of developing all the residential urban & coastal future projects of “Citystars Properties” (CS Katameyah, CS 6th of October, CS Sharm El Sheikh, CS North Coast, CS Red Sea Riviera & ARCO)Joined “Alkan Holding” as the Marketing Manager of “Alkan Real Estate Development”, set the marketing plan, budget and strategy for “Citadel Plaza” the mixed-use project of Alkan RED and “Babylon Gardens” a small gated community residential compound, in addition to being a team member of the committee assigned to set the concept of Abu Rawash’s project.
