-Responsible for Carrefour express markets covering 5 districts across Cairo.-Quarterly review & follow up with Account Manager on current annual target & expected revisit.-Monthly reporting to Account Manager on sales progress, merchandizers’ performance, & near expiry products.-Managing merchandiser in carrefour express daily, remotely and physically, and ensuring they are following J&J general rules and guidelines.-Managing all SKU's availability, OOS,Returns & Near Expiry in all stores.-Supervising Sales reps Journey plans weekly-Maintaining company Shelf share ,implementing company's contract with all stores

-Set & track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.-Ensure following the company’s strategies-, short- and long-term plans.-Manage portfolio of key accounts to achieve long-term business goals & strategy.-Follow up on collections from customers, investigate long aged balances, and identify slow turnover.-Prepare action plans to improve sales performance & identify opportunities of market growth with alignment with marketing division.

-Observe daily routs of each sales striker, follow up on sales, returns & collections.-Ensure collections from customers are within the credit period & follow up on weekly basis.-Manage ordering the correct volume and mix of product to service areas under my supervision.-Responsible for supervising a team of 4 sales strikers, ensuring correct service levels, distribution & display. -Control quantities at outlets to ensure maintaining acceptable display level while avoiding wastage & expiry.

-Supervise sales personal and monitor delivery of orders. -Seek customers’ feedback and help satisfy customer requirements. -Held meetings with new and existing clients and negotiate sales orders prices and quantities.-Assist in development and implementation of sales plans for covering new markets and expending old ones.
