Energy Efficiency & Climate Division A member of Petroleum sector Modernization programs under Program 4-B concerning with energy efficiency for 2 years on a part time basis. Act as an energy efficiency expert & focal point for technical and policy support, implementation & monitoring of programs and projects. Provide policy support and participate in developing petroleum sector energy efficiency framework and Egypt's Flare Gases Monetizing Program (with GGFR) in addition; validating Egypt's Low Emissions Development Strategy.  technical guidance in Energy Efficiency finance and its mechanisms incorporation with various international organizations including; EBRD, World Bank-IFC, JICA, UNDP, AFD and European Commission. Fostering the energy efficiency market in the petroleum sector through implementing incentives and penalties mechanisms and minimizing risks. Provide high-level technical advice to support Energy Efficiency activities in related events, initiatives and partnerships. Preparing ToRs for Energy Efficiency consultants and/or firms to accomplish Petroleum Sector projects. Evaluating and developing methodologies and algorithms to determine energy savings for the petroleum sector companies. Review and analysis of energy consumption across petroleum sector companies. Analyze historical energy usage trends for the petroleum sector including the impact of utility rates and tariffs. Identify intensive energy consumers and energy register. Prepare of Energy efficiency auditing Reports, Monthly Progress Reports, stakeholder engagement plan and capacity building programs. Analysis of Annual Operating Costs for Comparative System Analysis, including Life Cycle Cost Analysis, Prepare Energy economics modeling and econometrics reports,
