Defence Clothing and Textile Agency project (Ministry of Defence).As the project Manager, I worked with a team to draw the requirements and specifications for the required functionality and user interface. I designed the object model and workflows needed to accommodate the user requirements. I also prepared and delivered a bespoke training course to introduce the new technology for potential users, and on how to use the system. Alstom Transport ProjectI worked closely in this project with the IT manager and the Manufacturing Planning Manager at Alstom Transport, a leading solutions-provider to the rail industry world-wide, to design and develop a web enabled client application using JAVA and the e!vitsa Metaphase module. The functionality and user interfaces of the application were drawn with the help of end users. The application runs an applet of the Internet browser and communicates with the Metaphase server processes. It provides users with a user friendly interface which presents information on train structure and relevant documentation.
