Quality Assurance responsibilities:- Responsible for Defining QA strategy, approach and execution in development projects.- Provide regular direction, mentoring, and coaching to QA team members, ensuring the success of the team’s manual and automation efforts.- Develop a successful training plan to ensure that training objectives are being fulfilled effectively for QA team.- Track and evaluate the remediation of all recommendations for turnaround time enhancement/defect reduction across different departments in each process flow.- Develop and monitor KPIs to enhance service delivery.- Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.- Working closely with the Development team to define the optimal solution for each platform.Transformation Responsibilities:- Support the rollout of automated workflow tools in bank different departments, preparing periodical dashboard with root cause analysis of gaps against benchmarks with recommendation for remediation and enhancement.- Cooperate with Project Management to initiate a relevant enhancement and transformation projects which are responsible for turnaround time reduction and/or defect elimination.- Work with Central Operation and Retail departments to implement a sustainable compliance to bank policies and procedures across all their transaction processes in order to develop and measure KPIs for all their services, also to provide a root cause analytical reports of turnaround time and error defects, determine a corrective action plans with ensuring that all audit and control findings detected for each E2E process execution within central operations that fixed according to an exact remediation plan.- Lead multiple projects and support project managers on daily change management activities in the design and implementation phases with confirmed deliverables, resource needs, and work plans on new assignments.

Lead transformation/digitalization across North Africa & Levant:- - Drive the digitalization channels to operation and commercial teams across the whole cluster. - Plan, implement and monitor all the projects initiatives. - Ensure and standardize all the process flow adherence to global standards.Lead vendor management across North Africa & Levant:- - Select the best choice to create a vendor strategy that suits the company's budget and needs. - Establish processes for continually evaluating vendor performance to ensure the relationship remains beneficial. - Manage client service needs and assess vendors' capabilities. - Determine benefit and cost analysis in accordance with Vendor communication. - Manage and monitor all the projects timeline, performance and progress.Lead Egypt and and Levant Set-up and Delivery team to fulfill the following responsibilities:- - Questionnaire design in different data acquisitions data methods systems, such as ''CATI, CAPI, PAPI and Mobile''. - Introduce new data collection methods to commercial and data acquisition teams. - Design and monitor quality control assurance solutions. - Survey data processing, including data tabulation and data analysis. - Measure and enhance departments' productivity. - Obtain cost and budget for each project at Setup and Delivery level.Provide technical support for CATI call centers in the MENA region: - Call centers establishment across the region (Egypt, Jordan, Algeria, Tunisia, KSA and Qatar). - Agents training for CATI technology and data collection software. - Manage Data acquisition for some projects (leading agents, monitoring project quota, targets, quality control,…etc.).Cost Coordination for multi country projects in order to determine and manage clients' need with cost negotiations within local operation teams across respective countries.
