Founder Responsibilities :-Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives-Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team-Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission-Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits-Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics-Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements-Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders-Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth-Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the companyHead of Construction Responsibilities : -Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion-Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs-Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations-Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors-Delegating work to senior colleagues and their teams-Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory-Meet contractual conditions of performance-Review the work progress on daily basis-Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status-Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones-Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences-Analyse, manage and mitigate risks-Ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled-Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

-Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project-Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements-Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities-Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations-Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met-Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies-Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities-Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts-Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed-Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports-Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
