Analyze: break down a concept or idea into parts and show relationships among the parts.Evaluate: make informed judgments about the value of ideas or materials. Use standards and criteria to support opinions and views. Create: bring together parts of knowledge to form a whole and build relationships for new situations.

 Support the business needs through attracting, developing, and retaining calibers. Support the business environment by building a healthy culture. Build and manage engagement and motivation strategies by developing career paths, succession plans, rotations, etc. Build and manage a Performance Management Strategy to help the top management monitor and evaluate achieving the strategic goals. Develop and manage the Total Rewards Strategy by updating the salary structure and benefits scheme periodically to retain human capital.  Develop and manage the Learning and Development Strategy by maintaining the budget and following up on the training results. Develop and manage Talent Acquisition Strategy by maintaining a competency model, fulfilling manpower plan, updating JDs, etc. Oversee Employee Relations activities according to regulations and policies. Oversee payroll cycle to ensure that all processes are done accurately. Oversee the implementation of all HR operations and provide ongoing support.

 Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Manage internal communication and nurture a positive working environment. Analyze recruitment needs and determine an appropriate fulfilling strategy. Build and maintain flexible pay plans and measure the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommend improvements. Build and maintain the performance management system. Review training needs analysis with managers then ensure the effectiveness of learning and development programs. Conduct succession plans for the staff. Review and update the salary scale to lead or match the market. Manage personnel issues such as social and health insurance and annual leaves … etc.

 Conducts an orientation program for newcomers. Coordinate with external consultants on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees. Review, update, and maintain proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, performance appraisal form, annual leaves, and training schedules. Review compensation and benefits system. Manage and appraise employees’ performance and their career advancement.

 Build an Organization Structure that facilitates communication and clarify the scope of the authority of each employee inside the organization. Conduct job analysis process and build Job Description and Job Specification for each job. Create and develop HR policies and procedures. Develop all HR forms for employee use. Review and reform the salary structure and the bonus scheme. Attract and acquire the best calibers from the market through the recruitment process. Train and develop employees by creating a training plan that promotes the employees' performance. Design and implement a performance management system to evaluate and improve the employees' performance through a continuous process. Develop the organization's culture.

 Coordinate with all departments' recruitment needs and participate in the non-managerial positions interview process. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to secure casual labors, based on departments' needs. Facilitate HR policies, procedures, and standards for new and existing employees. Prepare paperwork required to place employees on payroll and establish personnel files. Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Manage company payroll administration.
