As a Cloud Account Manager I am responsible for driving, developing, and maintaining channel partner relationships and business for Microsoft, Acronis and BitTitan products and services.Build strong and positive relationships with assigned partners at various levels.Take an active role in attaining both qualitative and quantitative benchmarks within the designated territory.Update the pipeline and forecast on a regular basis.Meet revenue and profit targets within the assigned region.Collaborate with vendor representatives for deal registrations and commercial arrangements.Sustain and enhance relationships with channel partners in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.Coordinate with the product team to execute various market and business development initiatives.Oversee all aspects of channel partner relationships and transactions.
