Major Projects:• Souq okaz auditorium tensile structure: Fabric-steel tensile structure with 15,500 sq.m• Riyadh metro western stations: Tensile structures.• Risal hotel (The Canopy): Hotel, offices, shops, festival hall.** Job Description as a Project Manager **• Managing the Client issues which include: Good relations, communications, problem-solving, letters, strategic goals, sharing interests, Project Requirements, and marketing.• Managing the site issues which include: Leadership, discussion-making, problems solving, hiring & monitoring the Sub-contractors, manpower, equipment, quality, assurance, productivity, Reports, payments, requests, stores, submittals, letters, inspections, MEP department, client billings, safety assurance, meetings, applying the time frame.• Managing Technical issues which include: Shop drawings, Time schedules, Project forecasting & cash flow, Quantity surveying, budgeting, material approvals, tendering, and preparing contracts.• Managing Procurement department which includes: Material requests, long lead items, getting quotations, preparing contracts, preparing POs, and collecting samples.

Major Projects:• Maternity & children hospital (Dammam): Renovation of NICU's of a total 8000 sq.m• Al Omair Residential building (11.000) sq.m: 8-floors Residential Building, full Scope of work• Al Arfaj Apartments (RAMADA operator): 6-floors hotel with 64 rooms, gym, & meeting rooms.• Al-Rawaf Compound: 4 Private villa's, full scope pf work.• Al-marina Sales Center: The sales center for al-marina city, full scope.• THA Commercial villa. ** Job Description as a Project Engineer**• Managing the site issues which includes: Checking the activities on site, managing manpower, equipment's, assure quality, inspections, coordination with MEP, follow daily planned activities, monitor the store inventory weekly.• Managing paper work which includes: prepare the project forecasting & cash flow and follow them up, prepare reports & payments, requesting material, prepare submittals, prepare billings draft

• Dealing with Tender & Shop drawings, specifications, quantities, BOQ’s• Coordinating between architectural, civil, mechanical& electrical drawings to perform a correct shop drawing to construct with no conflict.• Managing Shop drawing preparation with drafters to match it with the site requirements, BOQ, Specification and to make facilities in construction method• Envelop an overall project schedule and a detailed schedule by using primavera project program (P6) matching with the items priority, the man power flow, formwork & scaffolding required, to reach the minimum material & resources cost.• Detailed Method of statement preparing to each activity separately• Coordinate Equipment’s accesses, excavations process, man power distribution to required activities• Execute architectural Finishing details.• Work with clients & consultants in a partnership approach.
