* Acting as a Consultant to Customers & Stakeholders by understanding & fulfilling their upgrade requirements, while communicating with Architects, DevOps, Quality Engineers, and Project Managers.* Advice customers on Technical Topics, take part in Knowledge Sharing & Technical Presentations.* Responsible for owning/providing Proactive Support by driving VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Upgrades at a large scale, these upgrades of infrastructure & services are being handled seamlessly through automation.* Apply S/W Development & Engineering Practices to Cloud & Infrastructure Operations in Agile & Iterative approaches.* Automate Operation Tasks, manage Production Systems at scale & Solve Problems.* Develop & maintain clear, effective & up-to-date Service Operations.* Ensure Compliance of Services with high Security standards including Access Control, Inventory, Monitoring & Reporting.* Identify, gather, analyze, and automate responses to key performance metrics, logs & alerts.* Implement & Plan integration of extensible services and platforms.* Work closely with Development teams, multiple R&D Engineering Organizations & several Cross-Functional teams in WWCC to automate, CI/CD, drive innovation in Product Delivery & Upgrades, improve maintainability & reliability of large Cloud Services & Systems with multiple integrations & products, make sure that the provided services & solutions are following best practices, well tested and documented, and Orchestration

Key responsibilities:• Operation and level 2 support of HP-UX Unix, Red hat Linux, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008 and Windows 2012 Operating systems. • Operation and level 2 support of VMware, Citrix.• Hardware and Software support of platforms in cooperation with vendors. • Deploying Patches of platforms, applications, and services. • Performing changes on existing platforms and services. • Incident management of Internal and customers platforms, applications, and services • Proactive administration and support tasks • Monitoring and health checks for platforms • Ensuring the backup of all platforms according to backup plans.• providing incident management out of business hours based on on call plan. • Populating DICOs and technical data repository with technical and process documents. • Work closely with Monitoring and Dedicated Customers L1 teams, Hosting and System Engineering teams, project managers, and process owners as well as Customers.

(Antivirus Role)- Active Directory, DHCP, Radius, federation services and DNS administration.- Microsoft File servers.- Microsoft PKI and KMS services.- Office365 Administration.- Virtualization (VMware and Hyper V)- Microsoft IIS administration.- Microsoft SQL administration.- Azure services (Microsoft ADRMS, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft ATA, etc.)

Key responsibilities:- Desktops, laptops maintenance.- Troubleshooting user's problems and solve them.- Installing operating systems for the users with all of it's applications.- Responsible for some administration roles like active directory permission, Kaspersky administration to help us to get the job done quickly.
