*Job Summary:a) Supervising all branches requirements both administrative and financial.b) Supervising Legal, Credit Maintenance, Credit Remedial, Treasury Departments c) Member of HR Committee d) Member of Procurement Committee e) Member of Credit Committee f) Member of Assets and Liabilities Management Committee g) Member of Work Procedures Committee h) Member of Risk Management Committee

a) Reviewing daily report of overall bank daily activities including, credits, credit limits, liquidity, exchange, reconciliations, etc…b) Authorizing final recommendations for job related activities and/or recommending based on a case by case customers and internal banking related requirements, through financial problem solving methodologies.c) Randomly visiting potential and in-hand customers in terms of marketing purposes, credit monitoring, exploring new opportunities and keeping up good customer/administration good relationships for business continuity.d) Representing the bank in official seminars, branches progress evaluations and business related conferences. e) Following up Provisions of doubtful accounts and its related allowances.f) Reviewing the Monetary Authority and budget variance reports.g) Responsible of monitoring ATM transactions, bank safe and tellers cash balances.h) Authorizing officer of all bank transfers and new accounts.i) Responsible of all outgoing official correspondences.j) First custodian of bank safe keys, combinations, alarm codes.k) Any other day-to-day Managerial and Administrative tasks.

a) Follow up the daily customer requests with the head office.b) Preparing & monitoring daily, weekly, monthly and yearly both managerial and financial reports. c) Receiving customer’s loans applications, preparing the necessary study of the customer’s request and recommending to Credit Department.d) Responsible of settling expenditures and posting its related accounting entries.e) Preparing depreciations schedule of Fixed Assets and prepaids.f) Preparing a number of monthly reports and statements for the Bank.g) Preparing and follow up of Bank Reconciliations with all third parties.h) Auditing and reviewing daily Journal Entries & all related reports.
