Regulatory Affairs:1. Product registrations & market continuity and ensuring regulatory compliance.2. Partner with stakeholders, document internal regulatory processes and carry out the full cycle of products registration.3. Ensure preparation/submission of registration dossiers for new products, line extensions & variations.4. Develop & maintain SOP/WI for the entire operation.5. Participation in the local Working groups` meetings (DM/ESMA/F&B/FS seminars & conferences).Quality Management:1. Responsible for development, implementation & maintenance of an adequate/effective QMS for the organization to satisfy applicable regulations, ISO standards, customer requirements & audits.2. Implement relevant QMS procedures & ensure compliance & introduce new systems/procedures as appropriate.3. Undertake internal & external audits & work proactively with Directors, Managers, Supervisors & Employees, to maintain a program of continual improvement within the entire operation.4. Contribute to new business initiatives and projects, review and communicate the impact on Quality activities for the site, product and services.5. Implement & develop new procedures for LEAN Manufacturing & 5S.6. Comply with standards of occupational Health & Safety in the workplace.7. 1. Development and approval of all packaging material for manufacturing plants of Juice, Water, Facial Tissue and Plastic products.2. Internal Auditor for ISO9001, ISO14001, EQM and HACCP.3. Manage all LAB activities and market monitoring, customer complaints.4. Manage all certification activities, handle external communications with governmental authorities.5. Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.6. Contribute in development of new products of Juice, Water and Facial Tissue.7. Act as project team member for strategic planning for new product and business development.8. Manage team of Quality Analyst and Quality Control.9. Responsible for the applications quality, need to identify and set appropriate quality standards.10. Execute test cases, documenting use cases, and test plans for the technical requirements of the project.11. Responsible to identify and analyze the issues, defects, and with other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple time; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.12. Communicates quality standards to QA team, development team, functional team and other appropriate project team members.13. Actively participates in product testing.14. Hands on experience in quality tools.15. Setup and coordinate testing processes for new products.16. Coordinate the post release tests.17. Plan and schedule the testing requirements.18. 1. Supervises proper maintenance of records; allocation and appropriate utilization of manpower and other resources to its optimum effectiveness within Operation Department.2. Implement quality management plans through the CEO, and Plant manager via commitment to mission, vision, goals and objectives.3. Quality-related educational activities in collaboration with HR and benchmarked from incident reports and monitored results to focus on staff weaknesses.4. Quality Management processes such as method for data collection and measurements, analysis, approval and implementation of improvements.5. Manages daily operations by distributing workloads to assigned employees; assuring manpower and utilities are fully provided according to department needs in timely manner.6. Provides administrative supervision to all levels of staff assigned in the department.7. Implements quality improvement programs through the operation and production.8. Implementation quality improvement educational programs in collaboration with HR9. Collaborates with Human Resources Department for pre-selection of applicants to be recruited and deployed to the department.10. Participates in Risk Management Programs in collaboration with other departments.11. Collect, review and submit the monthly reports for department heads, and Quality Management Coordinators compiling it to be forwarded to the CEO monthly. Reports shall include all the quality improvement efforts done during the period.12. Identifies problems on the basis of incident reports received, calls for meeting with concerned department head (that may include staff involved in the incident) to take appropriate decision and action (including correction of errors identified in the meeting process).13. Communicates quality improvement activities to employees’ operation-wide thru appropriate channel.
