• Performing comprehensive analysis to highlight the efficiencies and contribution of sales teams to the company revenues. • Analyzing the deficiencies in the teams through reports. • Providing the sales managers with the required reports that helps them to keep track of the performance of their teams. • Working on investigating problems that causes inefficiencies and working on improving the process to resolve them. • Performing daily excel reports to reflect the daily progress. • Working on improving the reporting system and developing new reports that could help in making more accurate decisions.

- Export regular reports from the internal databases (for example, Recruitment Performance, headcount).- Update employee records with new hire information.- Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.- Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators.- preparing reports and dashboards based on analysis and presenting to management.

- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media).- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.- Interviewing candidates (via phone, Zoom and in-person).- Handle company recruitment process (Sourcing, Screening, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
