• Ensure the safety of all employees and their compliance with established safety policies, procedures and practices with lowest RIF score.• Participate in establishing workshop revenue, expenses and profit budget and work within allocated expenses by controlling costs to minimize expenditure.• Monitor and work on daily basis on Work In Progress, jobs scheduling/planning, Parts and Materials Supply along with sections supervisors.• Apply standard service process and policies to achieve highest technicians' productivity, low turnaround time, highest customer satisfaction score.• Develop a training plan for service technicians and admin staff based on their competency level.• Ensure high level of contamination control and housekeeping process to deliver products with high quality.• Work with Finance team to reduce credit receivables and follow up regularly with customers.• Ensure Tools Calibration and quarter tooling database audit.• Prepare and plan workshop assets and machinery preventive maintenance.

- Contribute to the preparation of the Maintenance department's budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget (Budget Management).- Lead and manage the planning of preventive, corrective and condition based maintenance plans / work schedules (including annual and long-term maintenance plans) for all types of maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical and I&C) (Maintenance Planning).- Lead the effective implementation of approved plans in liaison with the discipline engineers and operations team across all the assets and equipment within set timelines and budget to facilitate uninterrupted operations.- Oversee the equipment risk assessment process in order to facilitate proactive identification of anomalies and ensure optimum risk mitigation in accordance with best practices.- Manage the timely response to all emergency breakdowns and provide prompt corrective action to ensure plant availability, thereby minimizing downtime and possibility of liquidity damages.-Oversee the maintenance documentation process in SAP ensuring it is completed correctly including filling in the log, outlining the fault, method of repair and the time, labor and materials used to support timely availability of information.-Review the daily maintenance / condition monitoring reports and submit periodic reports to the management, keeping them informed of all technical problems, if any, as well as recent changes or modifications on existing work plant or schedule.-Lead the Maintenance management meetings so that the entire team is clear on the standards required and the maintenance programs that are underway (Maintenance management).-lead the effective forecasting of manpower and material requirements to ensure timely availability of resources and spares for effective execution of maintenance plans (Outage Management).

• Troubleshooting and overhauling of Hydraulic systems and Power Train systems (transmission, differential and final drive) of CAT Machines.• Troubleshooting and overhauling of CAT diesel engines.• Troubleshooting, testing, and overhauling for all the caterpillar small components (Pistons, Liners, Turbochargers, water pump and oil pump).• Inspection (testing and adjusting) of all CAT equipment models and preparing all inspection forms (TA1 &TA2).• Preparing service reports and parts lists.• Converting Tier 4 machines to Tier 3.• Beside the role of Service Engineer at the rental department (Mantrac), I was contributing to rent the machinery and sale of used equipment.
