1) Making visits for warehouses , signing employees contracts and handling their inquires2) Responsible for all personnel activities and dealing with government authorities,suchaslabour office, and social insurance authorities.3) Follow up the onboarding and off-boardingprocess.4) Responsible for the insurance status of every employee such as forms1& 6.5) Track employees'absences(regular/irregular),and send legal warnings accordingly.6) Responsible for hiring Disability Employees .7) Using oddo system to keep everything clear.8) Proceed with HR operation Tasks (Employees requests, HR Letters, )9)Collaborate with the HR Seniors to accomplish department objectives.

1) Preparing employment contracts for new appointees.2) following up on the completion of the necessary documents to completeappointment procedures and medical and social insurance procedures.3) Follow up on the expiration dates of employeesʼ employment contracts to takethe necessary measures (contract renewal - notification of non-renewal).4) Follow up on the position of employees referred for investigation in legal affairs toimplement the results of the investigation and notify the relevant departmentsthereof.5) Finishing the procedures for new employees to sign work receipt papers to recordand save them.
