Responsible for handling all filed service team activities , Service plans , Customers follow Up , Service Contracts Handling , plan, organize and facilitate the Service operations that meets customer’s requirements, Company quality standards, and achieve an agreed level of profit.• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity• Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget• Assess Regional training requirements to ensure staff has the required skills to efficiently effect repairs on current and new equipment and hiring new employees as needed• Plan and direct all Service Operations activities for assigned location(s) to achieve business goals.• Manage the Service business in conjunction with partners to ensure support for customer business strategies.• Ensure Key accounts management including sales, customer satisfaction and other business goals.• Oversee materials and inventory Management

To organize and manage the entire workshop service operation in an efficient and cost effective manner including workshop assignments, personnel, standards of performance, safety and work output to satisfy customer’s service needs.Principal Accountability1. Meet and exceed customer revenue, sales and profits.2. To ensure that all faults on equipment for repair are correctly inspected, diagnosed and subsequent repairs are carried out to a high standard of quality expected by our principals and customer alike.3. To ensure that quotations submitted to customers in time and that they are correct.4. Assess staff training requirements to ensure that staff are equipped with necessary skills to perform given tasks so as to gain maximum productivity from a minimum number of staff, and advise Product support Manager accordingly in order to produce an effective training program.5. To ensure that the existing tooling is maintained in an operable condition and where possible are kept in areas so as to ensure maximum utilization and increased productivity.6. Following Workshop Strategy for service work, prepare reports and present it to the ProductSupport Manager.
