• Mechanical Equipment’s Procurement Process (Pumps, Chillers, Fans, Fan coils, Split Units, etc…….) “studying the specs & Design Documents, Issue RFQs to Suppliers, Prepare Price Comparisons, then handing over the technical data to Engineering section to Prepare the Material submittal & to Purchasing Department for concluding the deal after submittal approval.• Issuing Sub-contractors Contracts, this include the following:o Sub-contractor Request Form, which clarify the Exact Scope, B.O.Q, items, Quantities to include in the contract and any extra activities.o Contacting sub-contractors & Prepare price comparisons with budget.o Prepare the scope matrix.o Negotiate the payment terms.o Submit Contract Draft for Project Management.o Issue the contract.

• Implement cost control plans on time and coordinate with the project managers, technical offices and tender department for collecting all data and required documents and making sure it is correct.• Study and analyze items of technical works, the stages and period of project• Implementation, project needs, lists of quantities and other cost elements prepare tables of cost estimate and balance of project implementation and submit it to the line manager for revising.• Study the items of direct and indirect costs for identifying cost centers according to that and upload the expense items on its cost center and review it with the line manager.• Prepare the reports of project cost control, including statements of project- estimated costs compared to the actual costs, submit the reports to the line manager, analyze deviations, explain the reasons for the expected risks and suggest the corrective and preventive actions to be taken.• Follow-up with project managers the position of projects towards the timelines,• Requirements and new work items study the effect of that on direct and indirect expenses and update project balances according to the line manager directions.• Prepare reports that include the comparisons between the actual prices for project needs and the specified price at studies explaining deviations and its effects and coordinate with a procurement department to study the ability of cost control.• Prepare an integrated and updated database includes the costs of every project element to be a reference for the estimation of the future project costs.• Help the line manager to prepare the reports and final statistics that reflect the final• Costs of technical work items of the project.

• Review tender documents - specs, drawings, Bill of Quantities, Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission. Apply modifications including reflections on pricing based on the client’s responses.• Attend meetings with the project owner or consultant to obtain an overview.• Divide the project into packages, create a Request for Quotation “RFQ”, and coordinate with the procurement team to contact suppliers and subcontractors to obtain price offers.• Conduct comparison studies for suppliers and subcontractors' quotations, and develop breakdown cost estimations in response to the client’s Bill of Quantities “BOQ” and the client’s specific requirements.• Create commercial and technical proposals to ensure prompt and accurate compliance with the client’s requirements.

• Handing over with tendering department. Receiving all the tender documents for new projects including (BOQ, specifications, vendor list, design drawings and analysis/budget sheet).• Studying the project documents to issue the material item & shop drawing list / Log.• Material submittal.• Shop drawing.• Review RFI to clarify any “not clear” technical details in the design drawings or specifications & RFP to propose alternative solutions to site issues & budget savings.• Monitor changes / new items requirements, which could lead to variation orders.

- Responsible for review and highlight the conflict between shop drawing and site conditions.- Responsible for quantity survey for (supports/consumables) & review quantitySurvey from technical site team according to shop drawing as soon it approved from consultant and prepare Material Requests accordingly to project procurement plan.- Responsible for receive any material delivered to site and make sure matching approved material submittal.- Responsible for request labors or subcontractor and review labor to complete project according to project schedule.- Reducing the wastage of material and increase labor productivity.- Ensuring the availability of sufficient quantity of safety PPE, tools and equipment and keeping track of consumables according to labor as well as ensuring that there is no stock out situation at any point of time.- Implement company health, safety and environment policy.- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and assess them against the project schedule.- Preparing monthly progress invoice according to last update of work progress according to the agreed percentage by coordination with technical office at site.- Ensuring work is executed according to contract specifications, approved shop Drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements.- Raising inspection requests for work completed.- Interacting with client and consultant regarding the status of work.- Raise any variation order to technical team.- Negotiating with client and consultant for obtaining approvals for requested modifications.- Responsible for submitted and approval of project invoices with clients and consultant.- Responsible for submitted and approval of project invoices with subcontractor and coordinate with financial department over subcontractor payments.

- Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings.- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.- Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for theMechanical and electrical groups at site.- Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
