Manufacturing:● Develops, Proposes and implements policies, procedures and programs related to Engineering department.● Ensure that the Planned Maintenance for equipment, utilities, etc. are properly formulated and audit the adherence to the same. ●Working with the production and quality managers, reviews and monitors quality and process improvements and new product development.● Assists factory manager in preparation of accounting records for budgetary, production efficiency or other such purposes ● Introduce the Best practices in the industry for engineering across the sites, using Lean manufacturing Tools and TPM KPIs Maintenance cost / Ton, MTBF, MTTR, BD%. ●Effectively participating / Leading the Focus Improvement group / Autonomous maintenance committee / Early Management Task force on the site.Project Management●Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis. • Develop a preventive maintenance plan to optimize equipment reliability,• Responsible for timely and efficient implementation of the plan and undertakes any amendment to the plan if necessary with the right communication to relevant parties.• Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations during the performance of plant maintenance activities. • Develop annual maintenance budget, obtains approval and monitors expenditures against set budget.• Ensure the availability of required spare parts and manages their consumption in adherence to the budget.• Develop service level agreements with internal customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.• Oversee performance and delivery of third party service providers and subcontractors required for on-site maintenance.• Monitor equipment performance and develops corrective action plans to reverse any deviation against agreed standards.• Maintain equipment records specifying their history, modification, preventative maintenance cycle, spare parts replacements, etc….• Provide specifications and technical support for spare parts internal or external manufacturing.• Coordinate with the technical projects manager in the selection of new equipments and provides support to execute capital projects and the installation of new equipment.• Initiate and participate in cost saving programs through optimizing and increasing the efficiency of equipment• Ensure the continuous induction of Moral and Motivation initiatives to ensure high productive and motivated teams.• Initiate training needs for my team resulting from either channels; performance appraisals outputs, or technical training for newly introduced equipment.• Plan for the maintenance of buildings and general utilities (i.e. power, gas, water, steam, chillers, etc,) • Ensure that workshop capabilities in terms of equipment and resources are sufficient for required service delivery.

 Maintaining the production line and its utilities (Boiler, A/Cs, Chillers, Compressors, Generator and Forklifts...) to be performing at the maximum efficiency. Putting in place the preventive maintenance plan for all the factory equipments, and scheduling the maintenance tasks through the year on CMMS software. Carry out all corrective and proactive maintenance tasks. Managing maintenance technicians through maintenance work orders to execute the maintenance tasks. Share in placing the maintenance budget for the year. Purchasing required spare parts for the machine from local and abroad suppliers and reviewing spare parts stock according to the annual maintenance plan. Design and implement new modification on the production line. Monitoring factory efficiency through calculations of breakdowns and analysis of failures to reduce the downtimes upon investigation of causes. Keep the factory administration building always in good condition and maintain it. Organize all maintenance schedules for factory automotives.
