• Assisting the Field Delegate in the negotiations in regards to the support of the most vulnerable within the Area of Responsibility.• Initiate and support in the of the strategic targets of the office to be harmonized with the objectives of the organization.• Overseeing the capacity of the staffing of the field office within the area of responsibility. • Following up and ensuring the flow of the performance of the different projects of the organization within the AoR.• Running the daily reports of the Field Office• Conducting weekly meetings with the Government counterparts to ensure a harmonized flow of assistance to the beneficiaries.• Focal point of Emergency Response.• Responsible of the Area Situational Report of the Area of Responsibility. • Data Custodian of all of the reports relevant to the scoop of work.

Syria

• Supporting the Head of Field Office in providing support and trainings to the junior staff of the Sub office. • Leading the field team of the Sub Office in building up activities and responsibilities to be assigned to the sub working NGOs within the area of responsibility.• Following up on the PDMs of the all of the activities related to the field work in regards to the most of the activities within Damascus and its Rural.• Business and field advisor of the Head of Sub Office Damascus.• Supporting the Head of Field Office in enhancing the coordination role among the partners and within Field Office Damascus.• Acting as the reporting focal point of Sub Office Damascus (preparing/ consolidating and reviewing). Focal point of the annual report produced by the Sub Office Damascus.• Access for recommendations for the Head of Sub Office in evaluating the impact of activities of UNHCR and the vision of the organization.• Supporting the program officers in maintaining the activities within the scoop of the budgets and the implementation rate.• Supervising the Field Unit team, ensuring that field missions/ Inter-agency convoys are meeting the needs of the beneficiaries. In addition to being responsible of the annual evaluation of the staff.• Office focal point on collecting/updating/ reporting data in regards to people in need (PiN) and severity scale.• Playing the role of consultant to the SM of UNHCR on methods of interventions and ways to reach the ones in need within the AOR.• Overviewing the shelters activities in Damascus and rural Damascus, guaranteeing that coordination mechanisms among the Standards of Procedures (SOPs)..• Playing the role of tasks coordinator of Sub Office Damascus.• Acting as the advisor of the senior management of Field Office in issue related to trends of movements/ situational overview/ assistance mechanisms. • Main Focal point in response to Emergencies • Overseeing all related activities to Livelihood
