ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, thefollowing:1. Assist in maintaining general and assorted funds in assembling, tabulating, calculating,verifying and filing accounting and fiscally related data2. Assist in the revision, formulation and implementation of accounting record managementsystems and procedures.3. Assist in arranging and balancing fiscal and financial data records.4. Assist in preparing and verifying the accuracy of various financial and statistical reports.5. Work with computer-based accounting systems to input data and to utilize output reports.6. Assist in preparing account analyses.7. Operate computer terminal equipment and a variety of other business office machines.8. Make complex mathematical calculations and verifies computation.9. Assist in performing responsible tasks related to the management of various funds.10. Other assignments may include attendance accounting, revolving cash accounting,negotiating and invoicing for facility usage, preparing and reporting, program costaccounting.11. Creating Dashboards and following up on the weekly and monthly expenses sheets ofvarious departments. Tallying and comparing to the forecasted budget.12. Prepare feasibility plans for potential projects and investors.13. Prepare business plans.14. Conduct macro and micro market research.15. Conduct economic research and analyze data accordingly.16. Develop, manage and follow up on expenses, revenues, cash flow of clients.17. Develop budgets for clients businesses.18. Audit the budgets of clients.19. Conduct research on tenders suitable for growing the business.20. Meet clients and explain the reports as well as conduct site visits.

Egypt

- Planning financial audits by understanding organization objectives, structure, policies, processes, internal controls, and external regulations; identifying risk areas; preparing audit scope and objectives; preparing audit programs.- Assessing compliance with financial regulations and controls by executing audit program steps; testing general ledger, account balances, balance sheets, income statements, and related financial statements; examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.- Assessing risks and internal controls by identifying areas of non-compliance; evaluating manual and automated financial processes; identifying process weaknesses and inefficiencies and operational issues.

Egypt

- Verifying assets and liabilities by comparing and analyzing items and collateral to documentation.- Completes audit work papers and memorandum by documenting audit tests and findings.- Communicating audit progress and findings by providing information in status meetings; highlighting unresolved issues; reviewing working papers; preparing final audit reports.- Improving protection by recommending changes in management monitoring, assessment, and motivational practices, in the internal control structure, and in operating processes; identifying root causes.- Providing financial control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.- Protecting organization's reputation by keeping information confidential.- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.- Contributing to team results by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to add value to the organization; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.
