Sewer System, Storm Water, Domestic Water Supply, water treatment plant (STP), LPG, Diesel Filling Lines, Irrigation Main Network.-Oversaw re-design, methods, materials and quality to the final Issuance of engineering changes of HVAC, plumbing & firefighting systems .-Testing and commissioning for air conditioning, plumbing, firefighting and BMS interface with all systems. -Preparation of site for the Civil Defence Approval.-Performing Black Out Test/ Dooms Day Test with the cause-and-Effect matrix.-Performing training of all mechanical systems to the FM company.-performing handing over process to the FM company.Documentation: -Prepare Site’s Inspection requests, Request of Material orders, re-design requests and upload the documents and inspections at SnagR software.-providing the clients with detailed reports that address the progress updates along the way.-Preparation of development and achievements reports for the top management
