🔸I have over 12 years of experience in the food Industry & Exporting where I have developed and executed effective business development and sales strategies, managed operations and logistics, and led a high-performing team. I have a proven track record of increasing revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, while overcoming challenges and competition in a dynamic and demanding environment.I started my career as an member in purchasing department then assistant of logistic department assistant of plant manager then a plant manager then general manager at O.K Group, a leading food exporting company in Egypt to a lot of countries overseas, and quickly rose to the position of General Manager, thanks to my team , leadership, vision, and innovation. I was instrumental in transforming the company from a small operation with rented facilities and limited resources, to a large-scale enterprise with its own premises, fridges, and backing house. I also expanded the company's presence and reach to new and difficult markets🔸Achieving a revenue of 40 million Egyptian pounds in 2021, an increase of 75% from 2019🔸To support my decision-making and problem-solving, I acquired data visualization and analysis skills through Google courses, and used them to create and communicate insights and solutions to my team and stakeholders.
