JADARA for Development & Investment Owner Company of Charmillion Club Resort, Charmillion Sea Life, Charmillion Gardens and Charmillion Gardens Aqua Park Hotels in Sharm El-Sheikh.Job Responsibilities:-- Preparing a weekly Bank report covering all companies accounts with Banks.- Preparing daily entries for Banks movement- Preparing daily records for transfers, withdrawals and deposits done with Banks.- Preparing fund transfers.- Monthly reconciliation between company’s records and banks statements (reconciliation).- Issuing and following up money transfers with Banks.- Following up cheques payments, letters of guarantee.- Dealing with banks (open bank accounts, credit facilities, issuance of letters of guarantee).- Prepare treasury Movement (financing and expenses).- Weekly and Monthly Cash flow Report.Collections:.o Receiving cash and cheques related to Touristic companies and follow up with the hotels.o Cash and cheques deposits with banks for all projects.- Preparing financial statement.- Preparation of various financial reports.- Review the weekly expenses "sarfia" and recorded in the books (contractors, suppliers, the era of services).- Prepare and review all periodic reports, documentary review, review and adoption of all accounting entries made by accounts departments.- Prepare and analysis of payroll expenses and ensures accounting guidance.- Identity between hotels accounts and their accounts in Owner Company.- Customers Accounts.- Prepare monthly Fixed Assets Depreciations.- Register in directorates' book.- Register in General Assembly book- Analysis of expenses.
