- Prepare comprehensive proposals including technical content, pricing, and terms and conditions- Ensure propsals meet client requirments and align with company capabilites and strategies - Develop and present proposal strategies, including pricing strategies, value propositions, key differentiators.- Work closely with engineering, project managment and other departments to gather information and ensure accurate estimates- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project requirments and adress any concerns- Prepare and present techncial and cost estimation reports and proposal summaries to management and clients.

- Overseeing and executing complex cost estimations for large-scale projects - Leading the cost estimation team, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of cost estimates, and providing strategic insights to support project bidding and planning.- Analyze project scope, technical requirments, and engineering plans to determine plans to determine cost implications.- Conduct thorough risk assessements and incorporate risk management strategies into cost estimates.- Collaborate with project managers,engineers and procurment teams to gather and verify cost data.- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, including cost breakdowns, schedules and technical content.- Monitor project costs and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations from estimates.- Maintain and update cost databases, estimation tools and industry benchmarks.

* Supervision and provide support to team of Quantity Surveying for all Structural and Architectural works according to BOQ’s Items using multiple softwares (AutoDesk CAD - Excel - AutoDesk Revit - PlanSwift) .* Preparing the client’s interm monthly payments and providing all the required backup in addition to achieving the Engineer’s approval .* Preparing detailed claims and variation orders accordance with FIDIC clauses and particular conditions of contract ensuring claims are fully documented with supported details .* Preparing Cost Estimation and budgeting for variation orders side by side with tender team* Preparing cost breakdowns for new items appears along the period of the project .* Supervision on preparing subcontractor’s half monthly invoices .
