Currently working as IT Manager at Pharmacy 4 Less Support Office in Western Sydney. Pharmacy 4 Less is the fastest growing pharmacy chain in Australia and my job is to seamlessly support our 120+ stores with our IT solutions. Whether it's in the cloud or in our local network, my job is to make it work and remove any hiccups that might have happened. Pharmacy 4 Less provides tools for its franchisee as well as its support office staff. My duties encompass everything from the contracts that we need to manage the Telecom (Mobile, broadband or Backup connectivity) contracts to the hardware contracts at head office, hardware purchases, warranties, upgrades, all the way to the solutions used with that equipment. From Microsoft 365 to Microsoft Dynamics all the way to open source solutions we do it all!Domain purchases, management, configuration, it all falls within my bucket of duties.All in a day's work.
