LTD.PROJECT: SEA WATER COOLING SUPPLY AND RETURN WORKS-PHASE 02 (CN: RC_20B-C03).POSITION: QA/QC ELECTRICAL ENGINEERDuties/Responsibilities: Review All Equipment’s/Materials Technical Specification, Manufacturer document and Engineering Design Drawing to ensure it fulfill Client requirements. Coordination with Manufacturer/Suppliers, Designer to prepare Materials Submittals and Shop drawings for Client Approval. Review Client Comments against submitted Materials/Design Submittals and Preparation of Comments Compliance Statement for Re-submission. Attend meeting with Client/Consultant for solving any materials or design related issues. Provide Manufacturing Clearance to Vendor or Supplier after received approval from client. Coordination and Schedule Inland & Outland Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with or without witness. Submission FAT Reports to Concern department and after approval issued RFSC from client. Reviewing the IFC drawings and Prepare quantity take-off for Purchasing of required Materials. Studies project specifications and standards and IFC drawings of the project and ensuring work is conducted as per approved drawings and client specification. Inspect and make sure received materials at site as per Client approval, FAT and RFSC. Preparation NCR if received materials is defect or not comply with client requirement and coordinate with vendor/supplier to resolve the issues. Coordinate with consultant and initiate request for inspection (RFI). ·  Preparation of MIR, RFI, MPR in different phases of the project.

LTD.PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF DC 132KV OHTL FOR NEW RAFHA UNIVERSITY 132/13.8kV S/S.POSITION: QA/QC ELECTRICAL ENGINEERDuties/Responsibilities: Studies project specifications and standards and IFC drawings of the project and ensuring work is conducted as per approved drawings and client specification. Inspect and make sure received materials at site as per Client approval, FAT and RFSC. Preparation NCR if received materials is defect or not comply with client requirement and coordinate with vendor/supplier to resolve the issues. Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Conduct Internal project Quality audit for OHL, U/G project. Obtain approval and quality process for the site activities from the Client/Project Manager/Site Manager. Ensuring quality management system requirements are established carried and maintained. Providing proactive and innovative solution for QA/QC issues and problems. ·  Coordinate with client and initiate request for inspection (RFI). ·  Preparation of MIR, RFI, MPR in different phases of the project.  Prepare material and installation progress report and technical documents for invoicing.  Logging Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Quality/Productivity improvement report. Supervision and monitor various sub-contractor activity at site and make sure work execution as per NG Standards.  Directly involved in walkthrough comments closing from various division.  Monitor day to day work and prepare the Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly report and Audit report.
