• Responsible to prepare and submit the all Financial Reports Review on Financial Management Performance of Component-1 & 2 of the Project. Providing overall guidance and rendering expertise in different assignments of SNSP-DDM engaged in financial restructuring, reviewing RTPP & new TPP, ADP/RADP & MTBF Budgeting. Financial and others Reports for PM Office, Ministry, IMED, C & AG, World Bank. Forecasting, Maintaining & preparing books of accounts, FMR, Withdrawal Application for National Budget Support & regular Component, Disbursement, Financial Management Manual and Fixed Assets Records. Developing a Chart of Accounts. • Developing a computer based financial management and budgetary system; risk based internal audit & inspection manual. • Advice on compilation of quarterly, annual and project completion reports which special emphasis on conforming to the requirements of the Government of Bangladesh, IDA and the projects i.e. Chart of Accounts, Computerized Accounting System, Disbursement, Fund Management, Processing of Payment, FM framework, Internal Control, Books & Records, Fixed Assets Record, Financial Statement & Reports, Disclosure of External & Internal Audit and cooperation in follow-up action by Audit committee.• Preparing & submitting Withdrawal Application for Comp-1 & Comp-2 in World Bank’s Client Connection. • Moreover, oversee overall financial management, related procurement, contract management and advises management for the same.

Providing overall guidance and rendering expertise in different assignments of SRCWP engaged in financial restructuring, preparing new project (DPP), ADP & MTBF Budgeting, Financial Reports for Ministry, C& AG, IDA.
