Current• Supporting Shopify Support Advisors through escalated troubleshooting via Slack channels in real-time as they communicate with Shopify merchants on live channels• Contributing member of the team that reduced internal escalations by over 80%• Collaborating with Themes Support and Technical Merchant Services teammates to triage questions and arrive at optimal outcomes• Conducting live shadowing and mentoring Advisors during the live channels to help them to improve their performance• Verifying and updating Support Guru cards by collaborating with the Knowledge Management team
