Taking daily and weekly back up of different nodes.▪ Configuration of Router, Switch, Core devices.▪ Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Router, Switch, IP Product▪ Ensuring network security and proactive measures to prevent network attacks. ▪ Different types of alarm checking and take necessary prevention for masking the alarm.▪ Coordinating with Vendors, International carriers, Service Providers for implementation and operational issues.

▪ Provide support to IP based telecommunication system by controlling and monitoring soft switches.▪ Generating reports for Alarm/Fault analysis of the equipment. Fault Handling and Escalation.▪ Monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining traffic distribution among different carriers and IOS/ICX routes.▪ Monitor PRTG for performance analysis of various routes and resolves any queries from carriers.▪ Quality control by analyzing CDRs and Cause Codes.
