Current• Make Event and activation (BTL) planning and costing according to the client brief. • Finalize the budget, Build the business relationship with the client and ensure client satisfaction. • Strategic field execution Market analysis & making drawback summary & implementation framework• Take daily market updates & work updates & doing a thorough analysis of the findings. • Close monitoring of all projects – (Recruiting, HR Letters & documentation, Inventory management, Auditing the attendance, Maintain Database, salary/incentive calculation & disbursement and billing.)• Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts & develop different content & communication material to create engagement. • Handling budgeting and invoicing, liaising and negotiating with vendors.• Negotiating sponsorship deals, Handling logistics & feasibility analysis of any project. • Developing event feedback surveys & managing branding and communication issues. • Obtaining permits, handling post-event reports & resolving critical situations in the project implementation.
