• Operation and Maintenance of VRM whose Manufacturer Company is LOESCHE (LM- 56.3+3) and also operation of Ball Mills when needs.• Working closely with maintenance (Electrical and Mechanical), quality, and production teams to provide leadership, guidance, and direction for plant operations.• The operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of LRS for Main motor and ID fan check and ready VFD for ID fan check the Wave feeder and parameters, maintenance of sensors (Load Sensor, Speed Sensor, Temperature Sensor, Vibration Sensors), Silo Bucket Elevator, Belt Conveyor, Silo System including Pneumatic and Actuator gate.• Provide leadership to department employees by directing, coaching, supporting, and delegating as the situation requires.• Prepare daily production report, raw materials consumption, total & specific power consumption and for individual mills and individual types of products.• Ensure the integrity of the process material balance including additives and consumables, while economizing fuel consumption (Coal and diesel).• Manage Shift wise the plant`s production function and ensure the Grinding, unloading, and packing process with the target of the required quantity by maintaining quality.• Equipment performance and reliability in operation Like Payloader and dump truck, Unloading Crane, and all process equipment including packing plant.• Logistics- coordination for raw materials availabilities and unloading facilities with storing.
