I have joined as head of SCM and looking after overall supply chain operations including purchasing, inventory, warehose, vendor management and transportation.

I joined here as "Assistant Manager". Till then I looked after sales receivable, total payable, banking. Foreign purchase (commercial-LC related issues). Recently I am working as acting head of Procurement and looking after departmental operation including design and implementation of Org & Ops, PFCs, KPI, RACI etc. During this period I have awarded two promotions.
