I am an IT Executive at Gasmin Limited, the construction company in Bangladesh, where I deliver optimal IT solutions that support business operations and goals. My responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, researching and identifying solutions to network and hardware issues, and configuring and implementing IT initiatives that produce business value. I also provide IT support to non-technical internal users through desk-side support services, resolving a diverse range of technical problems across multiple systems and applications for customers and end-users across various time zones. Additionally, I use the content management system to analyze user engagement and website traffic metrics and provide valuable insights to management.I have a strong foundation in the principles and practices of computer science and engineering, having graduated with a BSc in CSE from the International University of Business Agriculture and Technology in 2019. I have also developed expertise in data analysis and content management, through my previous roles as a Junior IT Executive at Quantanite and an IT Executive at Paperfly, where I also on technical internal users through desk-side support services and remote helpdesk support.
